Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Davond and form a legal agreement between you and Davond Limited.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Your account is for personal use only and must not be shared with others outside of your membership tier.

Membership access
Your membership gives you access to content relevant to your subscription tier. Content is locked to your current skating level and unlocks as you progress through the programme.

Content ownership
All videos, practice plans, and written content on Davond are the intellectual property of Davond Ltd. You may not download, reproduce, share, or distribute any content from the platform without written permission.

Health, Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Davond provides online coaching videos and practice plans for informational and educational purposes only. All skating activities carry an inherent risk of injury.

By accessing and using Davond's content you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Davond's coaching videos and practice plans are intended to supplement, not replace, in-person coaching and instruction.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any skating activity is appropriate for your current ability level and physical condition.

  • Davond Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of practising any skill or activity shown or described within the platform.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether any activity shown is appropriate for their child before allowing them to attempt it on the ice.

  • If you are unsure whether a skill is suitable for your current level, please consult your on-ice coach before attempting it.

Skating should always be carried out wearing appropriate protective equipment and in accordance with your rink's safety guidelines. ‍

Level progression
Davond is not responsible for verifying progression claims.

Availability
We aim to keep Davond available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are breached.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
